Electronic Books (eBooks)

All electronic books are sold via Amazon India website (https://www.amazon.in/) and are subject to their cancellation/return/refund policies

Physical Books

Cancellations

  • Once payment is made, cancellation is not possible by the buyer.
  • Vishnupuram Publications has the right to cancel the order if the product ordered is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Refunds for the cancelled orders will be done as per our refund policy within 3 working days.

Returns

Vishnupuram Publications will accept return / replacement of the products subject to the following terms:

  • Only if the product is defective/damaged they will be accepted for returns/replacements.
  • Customer must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The damaged/defective product should be received at our end within 7 working days from of the date of delivery to be covered under our return/replacement policies.
  • Vishnupuram Publications retains the right to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and will either reship/replace the product to the customer based on this scrutiny.
  • In case product is defective or damaged then we will replace and reship the product to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product.
  • In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped to the shipping address of the order. In this case, customer will have to bear the shipment charges.

Refunds

  • Products which are returned by the customers and covered under our return policy are eligible for refund if  replacement is not possible.
  • If stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the customer will be informed via registered email.
  • In case the payment is made online (Credit Card/Net Banking), the amount will be refunded to the same card/bank account.
  • In case the payment mode of the order is offline (COD/VPP/Cheque/DD/any other offline payment mode) the mode of refund will be through Cheque.
  • Refund cheques will be sent to the billing address of the particular order.
  • Refund will be initiated within 3 working days from the date of request of refund.
  • For returned international purchases, refund will be done without the shipping cost for the parcel.
